Safeguards and Documentation Management Application and Platform

At Novacode, we designed and developed a comprehensive digital platform for managing warranties and official documents, allowing users to create personal accounts and manage all their warranties and documents from a single, organized platform. Each user can add and manage their warranties and documents, track warranty start and expiration dates, monitor maintenance schedules and related deadlines, and easily share, print, or export their documents whenever needed. The platform also includes document scanning and data extraction capabilities, allowing users to scan a warranty or document and import its information with minimal manual entry. The application supports Arabic and English, with a responsive user experience and both light and dark modes for greater flexibility and accessibility. The project also includes a comprehensive administration dashboard that enables platform administrators to manage users, content, warranties, documents, and subscriptions. Administrators can monitor monthly and annual subscribers, manage subscription plans, access detailed reports and analytics, and track subscription-related financial and account information. The solution was designed as a scalable digital platform that combines a simple and convenient experience for end users with powerful management, reporting, and operational tools required to run a subscription-based digital service.
